This event will be a fundraiser to bring awareness and support during Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a portion of ticket sales going directly to The Breast Cancer Foundation as well as on the day raffles. Our guest panel speakers are:

Lisa Gilbert | Managing Director - HeadlinePR

Lisa is a media and communications professional, with more than 20 years’ experience in commercial news, corporate affairs and public relations. She specialises in reputation and brand management and protection, video production, media relations and strategy, Litigation PR, media training and sports media training.

 Lisa will talk through her journey in media and how she got to where she is today. She'll also give advice and insights into those looking at a career in the industry.

Laurel Irving | Deputy Media Director at Suburban Rail Loop 

Laurel is a senior award-winning journalist turned media professional. With more than 20 years experience in international, national and local news including a stint as Europe Correspondent based in London for the Seven Network. She has covered some of the biggest stories in the world as a journalist, including Covid-19, Brexit, the 2018 Royal Wedding, Rio Olympics, Oscar Pistorius trial, and Black Saturday in Victoria.

Laurel now oversees media strategy for Australia's largest transport infrastructure project, Suburban Rail Loop.
